CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) Trainings
Agile is a dynamic software development and project management approach focusing on flexibility, teamwork, and ongoing customer input. It favors frequent, small updates over occasional large releases, enhancing adaptability to changing requirements or market conditions. Agile practices encourage proactive planning, progressive development, prompt delivery, and continual enhancement, enabling quick responses to shifts in demand.

Obtaining a Scrum certification equips individuals and teams with a robust framework for managing projects agilely, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and ongoing improvement. This certification brings several advantages, including better project transparency, increased productivity, quicker market entry, improved risk management, and boosted team morale. Ultimately, it gives teams and organizations the necessary skills and tools to adjust to changing needs and deliver value more effectively.

CJIS, or Criminal Justice Information Services, is a division of the FBI that was established to serve as a central repository for criminal justice information. Given the evolving nature of security threats and CJIS requirements, we can implement a schedule of periodic training refreshers, updates on new policies, reminders of key compliance points, and simulated exercises to reinforce learning. On top of that we can offer CJIS policy and procedure development, Pre-Audit Preparedness training, support for external client trainings and incident responses and best practices trainings.
