Project Manager

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with Agile methodology and distributed teams

  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

  • Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data

  • Experience in program evaluation including evidence-based practices and outcome measurement

  • Experience navigating governmental, business, and community landscape and various audiences/stakeholders

  • Experience of working with federal programs at the federal, state, local level, and/or private sector

  • Experience developing and implementing large-scale public initiatives and projects

  • A working knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for federal programs
