Optima Business Solutions provides administrative, business, and general management consulting services for state agencies, public and private sector companies in Louisiana. We are licensed to consult, train, and,certify small and large organizations in project management and product development. We also provide employment placement and staffing services and support the State of Louisiana staff augmentation contracts. Optima has active engagements with the Louisiana Department of Education, Louisiana Department of Public Safety, Children and Family Services, Wildlife and Fisheries, and the Louisiana Department of Correction.

Founder & CEO
Optima Business Solutions was founded by Amit Chabukswar, a former Louisiana State employee. Amit’s background includes comprehensive industry experience in Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Energy, Telecom, and financial industries. Amit has 25+ years of experience in various leadership roles in business development, product management, consulting, and coaching. He worked as a statewide ARM deputy director of the Office of Technology Services (DOA-OTS) and received an Outstanding Service Award from Louisiana. He holds an MBA from Emory University, PMP certification, and solid technical background, including an MS in Automation and Robotics.
