Software Developer – Full Stack (.NET & React)
- Location: Remote / Pune, India
- Experience: 2-4 Years
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and React
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement secure, high-performance features
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software
Skills Required:
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core, React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server or MySQL
- Understanding of Git version control
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure

Business Analyst – IT Projects (Public Sector Focus)

- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Job Type: Contract or Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document client requirements for public sector IT projects
- Create detailed business analysis, process models, and workflows
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis, UAT sessions, and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure solutions align with government standards and compliance needs
Skills Required:
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working on government or public sector projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or Power Platform is a plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex processes
